Bush”s former press secretary Scott McClellan told Politico that the president did not appear to be drunk.

“He didn”t slur his words, he didn”t stagger,” McClellan said.

“He didn”t fall down. He drank a beer, and then he drank another beer, and then another beer, and then another beer.”
